Bio

Mr. Kiyota has extensive experience working on both equity and debt offerings involving Japanese corporations, financial institutions and sovereign entities. He also has significant experience working on mergers and acquisitions and general securities law matters for Japanese corporations.

Mr. Kiyota was a member of the Skadden team involved in the following transactions:

Mr. Kiyota joined the Corporate Group of Skadden in 2016. Prior to joining Skadden, he worked in the Tokyo office of a leading international law firm.
